What a puff piece this was...let's see, the release of MANY LPFM LOCAL
licenses, "faked" local contests (a stretch), internet radio (come and gone,
unless you don't like music)....

If the intent was to introduce pod-casting , then let it be so, but don't
besmirch the truth...
