   Uncle Gus was the top story on WMUR's 6 PM news, they devoted 8 minutes 
to reporting on his passing and his legacy in NH television, including 
interviews with Dwight Damon, who played Ring-A-Ding the Clown and appeared 
frequently on the Uncle Gus Show, and former WMUR station manager Tom 
Bonnar. Also, clips of the interview with Gus from the WMUR 50th anniversary 
special were shown along with the rare film clips of the Uncle Gus Show.
