post-sunset authorisation query

Without specific PSSA (post-sunset authority) from the Friendly Cookie
Company, you cannot stay on the air at all past the sunset times listed
on the station license.

The one exception to that general rule is when a station has obtained
specific authority to remain at daytime power until sunset in a time
zone west of the station's time zone, but again, that would be noted on
the station's license.
