I'm guessing it won't, not any more than WPAA used to do. According to

I assume that there will be no co-channel impact on WUML (91.5 Lowell)
who is directional to protect that area back when WPAA (10 then to 25
watts) had first claim on the FM landscape.

What will be the footprint of the repeater? Any different than that of
WPAA's?
