Spinners on WCAP

After a game of 'follow the bouncing ball' the Spinners inked a 2 year 
deal with WCAP (980 Lowell).  The students at WUML (91.5 UMass Lowell) 
put out a successful bid to keep the team off of the college signal. 

Ryan Johnston (PD) remains in booth for his third year after a 
just-completed season of Lowell Lock Monsters at the station.
