The registrar of the domain is a man by name of Coco and his
address is Primrose Street in Haverhill.

Given that Steve Amirault has lived in Haverhill for most (if 
not all) of his life, I'd say yes, it's likely based in
Haverhill.

I also noticed that the Morning man is Steve Michaels and Steve 
Amirault's middle name is Michael.  Co-incidence?
