Citadel has moved it's radio stations into a new facility in the Star City. The new building also brought in changes for WQHR 96.1. The station has dumped it's ABC radio programming, brought in at least 2 DJs and now plays its own music. Haven't listened to the other stations in the Citadel cluster, but would presume the same is true for them.
