   Cranston RI Mayor Steve Laffey has been ordered by the RI State Board of
Elections to end his weekly radio show on WPRO (630 Providence), ruling that
the free airtime he receives (he's not receiving any pay from WPRO for his
hosting duties) and his name recognition amounts to an in-kind contribution
by a corporation to a sitting officeholder.
