Let's see...I remember some Foriegn Language records, that were supposed to
teach you how to speak X being 16rpm.

Also, I had a record set of Shakepere...and that was at 16rpm.

And, dictations pratice for shorthand was at 16rpm.

(BTW..Does anyone bother to learn shorthand anymore?  My mother learned the
"Cregg" system)
