 ABC did syndicate the show around 2000-2001 timeframe...they dropped him when they started syndicating Sean Hannity (I believe).  WRKO then self-syndicated him until Superradio took the syndication.

AFAIK, ABC never syndicated Howie's show...they just rented whoever did syndicate it the satellite time.
