Channel 5 broke into The West Wing at 12:10am reporting that 4 parachutists have landed on the Tip O'Neil Building next to the Fleet Center. They further report that SWAT teams were immediately mobilized - they tried to connect with Steve Sbrasica by phone but could not make the connection.
