Had forgotten all about Clyde & Willie Mae Joy, but you're right...no Uncle 
Gus was a serious oversight...probably the biggest "celebrity" the station 
had.  News reporters come and go, but 'most every boomer who grew up within 
range of Channel 9 knows who Uncle Gus is.
