102.3 is in Concord, not Manchester and they did carry the Sox pre-2000
when they were WKXL-FM (mostly simulcasting 1450 AM).

Sigh.  Why can't networks get the call letters of their affiliates right? 
107.7 has been WTPL for almost 2 years.
