Au contraire, mon frere.  All exist on microfilm, often very readable too, 
and the Boston Public Library has every one of them-- the Post, the 
Transcript, the Advertiser, the Daily Record, the Traveler, the American, 
the Telegram (not the Worcester Telegram-- there used to be one in Boston 
till the late 1920s), the Herald, the Globe, etc.  There was a period in 
the late 1800s to early 1900s when many of these newspapers were within 
blocks of each other in a part of downtown Boston called "Newspaper Row."
