and I checked older data, no sign of any changes in last year or proposed.

FYI, USGS places town of Bowdoinham  at 44° 00' 36"N, 69° 53' 54"W
which calcs as 49.26mi to WHQO, you estimate  is excellent
(depending on how far from town center you live).
