That's because ratings are jive, at best.  Fewer listeners out there than the
"numbers" would infer, and for those who do listen, they aren't invested
listeners.  Disenfranchised.  To blow out a format like that (let's face it,
that's what it is: a format change) would be akin to any other kind of local
establishment sticking it to their tried and true clientele. Ah, the smell of
arrogance.
