WMUA, UMass Amherst  is installing a new transmitter, replacing the old 1971
transmitter;
new site, on a nearby hill, thus gained height, which allows them to reduce
power.
new: 42:23:37, 72:31:21,    0.450kw    39m HAAT
old:   42:23:31, 72:31:13     1kw             8m HAAT
their new site has Transmitter link (w/ pix!), & other info

It's less then a month since I joined this list, so forgive me if this is
not news.
