They're not LPFMs, they're translators (or will be). Blame the mass media 
for not getting the story
right in the first place - or perhaps credit the mass media for seeing 
beyond the silly distinctions the
FCC makes and understanding that a 100-watt transmitter is a 100-watt 
transmitter is a 100-watt
transmitter...
