WJUL is indeed on the air, but not on the web; though it is my understanding that they may begin webcasting sometime very soon. BTW theirs is a directional FM stereo signal (protecting WPAA), and can usually be heard as far south as the 128 belt in some places (though you may encounter WMFO instead), and as far north as Merrimack, NH. But I'm sure most of you knew that.
The Lowell SunRise program is scheduled to make its debut tomorrow morning at 5am. However, it seems that they may not have their facilities (mentally and physically) ready and in order to produce the program.
