Actually, most of his transgressions agains "propriety" occur during the 3:00pm to 6:pm segment
on the larger network.  The 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm segment on Massachusetts
stations only can be very good.  H. LaWrence Carr's
expertness on Boston/Masschusetts/New England politics serves
him very well in the final hour of the show.
