RE: Dale Dorman Gone At Kiss 108 / non-compete

I believe the law distinguishes between TV and radio contracts, and may 
only apply to radio.  That doesn't mean what Ron says is right or wrong...I 
have no idea there...but it might explain Harvey's problem.
