1510 from Medford?

A poster on the Radio-Info.com site mentioned the following possibility in a
recent post:

(I'm presuming this fellow is suggesting Radio One should buy 1510, then
move it to the 1090 site on the Medford/Malden line. Of course, "Roxbury"
may or may not pass muster as a COL with the FCC.)

Now ... I would think that 1510 from Medford would be as ineffective
covering the market at night as 1510 from Quincy was -- especially at 3kw
ND. I know Dan Strassberg occasionally reads the board over there ... but
would Dan and/or anyone else want to comment on the feasibility/lackthereof
of such a move?
