1150 was Re: (No Subject)
I remember WITS I still have my last payroll check that bounced <g>
Donna you ever find out what connection if any Mariner had with WLW?
Scanlon was based in Cincinnati and was supposed to have some holding
there.
I ll never understand why WCOP flipped from Top 40 in 1962.... I ve been
told the main thing that killed them was their awful night time signal
on the North Shore. Still Ken Carter used to pack them in on Saturday
night at the Pepsi Dance Party from the Eliot Ballroom in Porter Sq. But
WCOP really of all the full time Boston signals never was a factor, even
WEZE was a major player until WJIB came along.
