WCRB off or at reduced power?

I'm sitting here in my home office in Framingham, about ten air miles
from FM-128, listening to a weak but serviceable signal from WBAZ
Bridgehampton.  Even with the great tropo tonight, I really *ought* to
be hearing WCRB instead, just on the basis of 1/r^2 since WBAZ is
ten times farther away and should be at least 22 dB weaker (taking
into account the difference in power).  So I can only surmise that
they are off the air for some reason.  Can someone closer to Needham
confirm?  None of the other FM-128 signals were off....
