Either WDOD-FM Chattanooga (modern rock) or WMTZ Johnstown (country).
I think Johnstown is a bit too short for Es, and what everyone else is
reporting seems to be Es, so I'd be betting on Chattanooga.

A number of (mostly unlikely) possibilities.

The only Real Country affiliate I can find on 103.3 anywhere is WMCM
in Rockland, Maine. That would indicate you were getting some good Tr
as well as Es, but wouldn't be too surprising on the North Shore.

Probably WYAY Gainesville (Atlanta) along with one or more of the
Tennessee drop-in As, assuming you're still getting Es and it's still
from the same place.
