Right you are!  That's what Norman S. Knight (The Knight Quality Stations,
it's former owner) called WSRS.  It was also the first FM station in
Massachusetts (W1XOJ) with
the collaboration of FM pioneer, Major Edwin H. Armstrong, and John Shepard,
3rd  (TheYankee Network, WNAC and other stations including a transmitter on
top of Mt. Washington)    [...thanks to Donna Halper's research!!]
