Hey, was that smooth jazz I was hearing at 91.7
yesterday from 3-6 pm? Pretty good DJ too...Brian
something... :)

Yup, that was the b-r-i list's own Brian Vita
yesterday on WMWM doing our jazz show, "Mood Swings"--
and it definitely was smooth jazz he was playing.
Originally Brian came to me because I needed some
DJs for my blues show (and I found several) but when
he said the music he really knew was jazz, I pointed
out to him that we needed one more person for the
"rotation" of jazz jocks we have. So he wound up
on "Mood Swings" but may still do the occasional
show for me.

I really thought he did well. He's on the next two
Sundays (June 29, July 6) as well, plus various weeks
in the future. Yup, more smooth jazz on local
radio, finally. On the station "that's more powerful
than two 60 watt light bulbs"! :)
