Changing 1510 850 and others

First as far as WWZN goes...they are still pumping a very strong night
signal into Queens (NYC) which given the protection they should be
giving to Nashville seems strange.

Somebody brought up the vacant 1510 slot in Sherbrooke and makes me
wonder why WEEI doesn't jump on the vacant 850 slot formerly owned by
CKVL Laval(Montreal) to shore up its weak signal in the NW burbs
(acton-chelmsford)

In the end tho it all comes down to looking good on your rate card. Mac
Richmond knew going to 50K daytime would actually hurt coverage area (
the old WMEX) but his claim was the ad buyers only cared about 50000
watts, not the fact that the signal was being heard mostly by flounder
in the Great Banks.

Same goes for 1430, it only mattered that they were on air 24h, the fact
that nobody can hear them 5 miles away is secondary.
