My whole take on it is this: wouldn't the residents get relief from the
interference if the upgrades are made to the WUNR site? Wouldn't the
station(s) have one year to correct all issues raised by residents, such as
reception in water pipes, phones, etc.? Wouldn't this actually be good for
the neighborhood?
