Re: Yaz Tunnel
I don't mean for this to go too off topic, but I have a loaded question
here. With the state and city in such badly needed financial straits, and
since the tunnel hasn't been named, why doesn't some well to do company in
this state just go to Beacon Hill and offer to buy the naming rights from
the state ??? For example, if Stop and Shop stepped up and bought the naming
rights, think of all the free advertising they would get for every time some
traffic reporter or news reporter mentions them during the course of a news
cast. It's worked in the entertainment/sports business fields with stadiums
being named, so why can't government get into the act ???
