89.3FM on South Coast

Hey folks, speaking of translators, allocations and whatnot...I remember 
from a while back there was someone trying to get 89.3FM in Dartmouth or 
something...and I vaguely remember that something actually happened with 
that fairly recently, but I can't remember anything more about it.  Does 
anyone know what the story is?

(i was chatting with some of the old school folks from WTBU which is part 
15 on 89.3 :-)
