Or a concerned citizen...say someone from the 
listserv?  BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!  ;-)

Seriously, though....I would hope that members of the listserv are not 
about "busting" stations...except perhaps in the most blatant of violations 
coupled with the most obnoxious ignoring of friendly warnings.
