New TV in Iraq

The US military has taken over Iraqi TV and is now broadcasting programming
from 6 to 10 pm each night.  The first evening's broadcast included
addresses by Bush and Blair.

They are also showing CBS, NBC, and ABC's newscasts each night.

Someone from the government suggested that the new broadcasts will allow the
Iraqi people to know the truth.  I found it funny that the government would
say that the networks broadcast the truth.

You have to give the Bush administration credit for not making choices based
on politics.  They are not showing Fox News.
