You're in the market on a Comcast ex-MediaOne system, which means they
can deliver the signal somewhere in Norfolk or Worcester County,
respectively, and then it becomes Comcast's responsibility to get it
up to Methuen.

This is not all that different from WNGS (67 Springville, N.Y.) in the
Buffalo market, whose broadcast facility serves only one purpose -- to
deliver a must-carry signal to Adelphia's receive site south of
Buffalo.
