Do you mean KFYR?  Clear Channel bought them from Meyer Broadcasting around 
3 years ago, but they've always been very local.  Wisely, CC didn't change 
that about them.

I think that's where CC ended up with so many Minot stations...a lot of 
them were previously owned by Meyer.
