Does anyone know whether WRNI is running 10 kW during any part of the day. WRNI 
holds separate CPs for 10 kW D and N. The N CP was granted first. The D CP 
required constructing a fourth tower very close to one of the existing towers. 
Both D and N arrays contain three towers. The N array uses the original three. 
The D array uses two of the original three plus the new one. The fourth tower 
is up. Is either CP on the air? If not, why not?
