Yeah.  I've heard him say that.  Sounds like good policy to me.  

I despise "sport hunting." It's sadistic and disturbing.

I will only kill an animal if I intend to consume it otherwise, it's akin
to murder.  Animals in the wild only kill for food or to protect 
themselves.
