Some folks can easily make fun of both parties, and
liberals and conservatives alike. The Capitol Steps
come to mind, being "equal opportunity
offenders". :) (The Steps do radio shows on NPR
stations four times a year; the next is due around
April Fools' day.) 

They do songs, like this one about environmental
policy: "Climb Ev'ry Mountain" from "The Sound of
Music" becomes "Mine Every Mountain/ Fill every
stream/ Level every hillside/ Everything that's
green"...They say that "tree-huggers" have finally
found "one Bush that you don't like..."

They also play around with spoonerisms. Ted Kennedy:
"A laming flibberal--and one gorny huy!" Bill
Clinton ought to "keep his bowsers truckled".
His famed intern? "Lonica Moo-insky".
