The difference is that Clinton made a buffoon out of himself by his constant
ethical scandals. He couldn't keep his zipper up and she couldn't keep her
hands off of other people's money.

The criticism of Bush is generally based upon a disagreement with his
policies and/or his party affiliation. Rather than disagree with a
particular policy or the GOP, the trend is to try to make the man up to be
an idiot.  Regardless of whether you agree with him or not, you have to
admit that he's been dealt an awful lot to deal with all at once and appears
to be making a sincere effort to resolve it.

Its one thing to make light of someone because of a personality trait. JFK
had a Boston accent.  Gerald Ford was a bit of a klutz (tripping over
stuff).  Folks aren't agreeing with Bush so rather than come up with an
intelligent criticism, he becomes an idiot.
