WHOM returns to Mt Washington

WHOM has resumed broadcasting from the top of Mt Washington. According 
to WOKQ's website, it's sister Citadel station is using WPKQ's backup 
STL to get the programming to the top of the rock. There's no mention of 
anything on WHOM's site except an annoucement that WHOM is again 
transmitting from Mt Washington.

Saturday was apparently the day when WHOM transmission resumed up top, 
and WHOM seems to have a fairly potent signal, although it's doubtful 
that the transmitter is running the fully authorized power.
