Thanks for the info! I will say that I saw the book
available, as USED paperbacks, on amazon.com (with
out-of-print books, they have a network of booksellers
who can sell you stuff like that).
http://www.bookfinder.com or maybe even Ebay might
also be a way for you to find the book.

And there are even libraries which still have the
book; the North of Boston Library Exchange
(http://www.noblenet.org) lists it as being in the
libraries at some colleges (Gordon, North
Shore C.C., etc.)
