This is true...they've done some changes on that site.  They used to have 
another plot that depicted the nasty deep null over the northernmost tip 
of Manhattan (where I live).

That should be the correct plot...not what they have.  This current 
pattern harkens back to the days of AM 62 being Super-KQ (Spanish 
Tropical) and having a very good signal over upper Manhattan.
