 I have to agree with Dan on this issue.  Despite the
fact that CC promoted and was heavily involved in this
event, I do not think that they can be held liable for
internal, facility-related issues, which appears to be
the root of this problem.  And as Dan noted, they can
sue, but its not likely IMHO that they will find CC
responsible for this
