RE: W40BO Now //WBPX-68 (WDPX-58?)!

I thought W40BO was a Translator for WNEU-60 Merrimack NH (formerly WPXB,
not part of PAX for programming since PAX started on 21-58-68)

Sounds like W40BO simply "pointing it's antenna in the wrong direction"?

Wasn't there an FM TX station in NH or VT recently (last year or 2), that
had done basically the same thing, 'point its antenna' in the wrong
dircetion, hence translating a DIFFERENT station on the same frequency.

Say I was to operate a TX from my home here in Derry for WHRB...I could turn
my receiving antenna in a different direction and TX WUBB instead.

Are there any FCC regulations or penalties for this?
