Nothing in particular, but Maine law does not have the exemption from
overtime for broadcasters that is in the federal law so a broadcaster in
northern Maine that would not be required to pay overtime under federal law
would be required to pay overtime under Maine law.

Interesting, unless I am reading it wrong even if the Federal Minium wage was increased to say $10, the minimum wage in Maine would still only be $7.25? Can that be right?
