NY Times Editorial about Corporate Radio

I haven't had time to read all the posts tonight, so I hope this isn't
redundant:

The editorial questions the lack of "protest" songs on today's radio
stations, and suggests that corporate radio's sanitized playlists are
largely to blame for the lack of variety and different voices. No new
news there...but it also discusses some specific cases of remote-control
or birdfed radio failing to serve the public interest and it's
community's safety, and the money trail behind successes on radio's hit
lists.
