Sorry, I missed this earlier.  All breaks are live.  It used to be that
breaks during the live feed of The Connection and floating breaks during
Fresh Air were recorded but that changed a year or so ago.  Canned breaks
now require approval from supervisors for a good reason (I personally
think feeding the meter is a good reason but they seldom agree with me on
that issue).  TOH ID's that follow a recorded promo are on the vault,
otherwise they are live as well.
