I think you mean the second syllable.

After a NASA flyby of Uranus, Johnny Carson noted that all the NASA people were 
pronouncing it with emphasis on the first syllable.  Of course, he remarked, "They couldn't 
say they found rings around Uranus!" (emphasis on the second syllable).
