Possibly not...even at WCDJ's licensed height and power their signal would 
barely reach North Eastham, which is definitely north of Orleans.   Esp. 
with 1st-adjacent WCRB shooting across Cape Cod Bay.  Depending on the 
quality of your radio, there's also 3rd-adjacent WPXC down in Hyannis to 
consider.
