My guess is that they are either colocated with 93.9 or have modified 
the 93.9 facilities for use on 94.9. 93.9 appears to be off the air now 
(or if it is on I can't hear it), and while listening to WHOM on 93.9 
this morning, then listening to 94.9 this afternoon the signal faded in 
the same areas along my travel path.

WHOM is seeking reception reports and promises updates on it's signal
